Did the jewellery not meet your expectations? No problem! Let us know below, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the order. You do not need to specify a reason. Tailor-made products such as personalized products are excluded from the statutory cooling-off period and cannot be returned. This means that all engraved jewellery are not eligible for returns.
You are responsible for the costs and the risks you take to send your jewellery back to us. Of course, when it is our fault, the costs are entirely at our expense.

Pack the jewelry neatly and safely, because you can be held liable for the value reduction of the jewels resulting from the handling of the jewels that goes beyond what was necessary to determine the proper functioning of the goods.
